Can you think fast on your feet? Do you think that you would be able to do research, write a speech and perform it in front of a judge in 45 minutes? If this challenge sounds fun for you then you may make a good extemporaneous speaker. Come to the Forensics Kick-Off meeting tonight after school in room 236 from 3:15-3:45 to help plan the upcoming season.

| Girls vs Boys basketball tournament |
Interested in playing basketball? Waukesha South is hosting a Girls and boys 3 vs. 3 half court basketball tournament. The tournament will be on Friday, November 7th. 3rd grade through Seniors are all welcome, and will play against their respective age groups. Check in time is 5:45 p.m. If you would like more information please see Mr. Richter in room 211.

| National Dwarfism Awareness Month |
October has been declared National Dwarfism Awareness Month by Little People of America. Little People of America (LPA) is a national support organization for people with dwarfism and their families. LPA provides peer, parent and medical support for the dwarfism community. In declaring Dwarfism Awareness Month, LPA hopes to raise positive awareness around dwarfism, address common misconceptions, and increase opportunities for people with dwarfism around the country. To show your support, please wear green on Friday, October 24th. Thank You.

Interested in journaling or creating a sketchbook of your own? Do you have an art class and need some tips on getting started with your visual journal?
