Lori Ann Wagner

Class Of: 1979
Inducted In: 2005

Lori Ann Wagner, Class of 1979. While in high school, Lori was a National Merit Finalist and a State Qualifier (4 years) in Debate. She was also involved in Forensics, Model United Nations and Swimming. Following her graduation from Waukesha South, Lori attended UW Madison. She earned a BA Phi Beta Kappa with distinction and her JD cum laude, Order of the Coif. As a practicing attorney, Lori has argued cases in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Alaska as well as before the US Supreme Court. To date, her most visible case was when she served as Lead Counsel for all private plaintiffs in the Exxon Valdez case. She has also been involved in other environmental and civil rights cases. Lori is an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters and does pro-bono work for the Minnesota Indian Women’s Center. Her involvement professionally and personally to justice and fair play speak volumes.
